  6. Ok, I was sleeved May 6th 2013 and am able to work out. I been walking 1 mile day and do 5 lb dumb bell arm exercises, and do Pilates leg work out! All daily for few days now. Im also using Palmers Co Co Butter for stretch marks and firming skin. I'm wondering if there is anything else I can do to tone up the inner thighs and under arms! I am terrified of having saggy skin, any ideas will be greatly appreciated

  8. You may need to start boosting the exercise. Like walking faster and maybe add some 2lb dumb bells to ur walk. Push the water In take. I'm 7days post op and walked half mile this morning and will do another tonight with 2lb dumb bells. A friend if mine had sleeve and I asked her she said change up ur exercise routine, smaller portions, more water and only weigh once a week. I hope this helps I have been seeing a lot on here lately about "stalls" and am getting nervous it don't happen to me so soon. Good luck

  15. Hi, I was sleeved yesterday at 11 am and I feel great! My surgery lasted 1hr 15min, during surgery DR found a significant amount of scar tissue so he went ahead and removed it. I woke up from recovery room about 1pm in "discomfort" but not pain so she gave me 1/2 dose of pain med I was good, I have been pretty much like this whole time. My main goal was to walk as much as possible so I have been walking around hospital floor about 18X which is not over exaggerating! I think this whole expierence is a wake call to how critical it is to do everything right! God bless any questions just ask
