I was sleeved 4/18 and it's hard for me too. I finally just keep a water bottle with me at all times, and every couple of minutes, I take a sip. Better than nothing! You don't want to get dehydrated!

Single too, here in Arizona! I'm getting sleeved April 18th! Excited to start this new life, and maybe meet someone once I start feeling better about myself!

I'm doing pretty okay on the liquid diet! It's gotten easier, not as bad as I thought it would be. How are you doing? And I know! Next week is coming so fast! Hello everyone! I am new here, and thought I would share my journey so far! I watched my brother-in-law go through the Gastric Sleeve Surgery and process, and decided this is something I wanted to do for myself. I have always been overweight, and I have finally had enough! I am ready for a change:) I started the whole process on 1/19/13, and my surgery date is finally scheduled for 4/18/13! I started my liquid diet on 4/3/13, two days ago, and I've already lost 5.5lbs! 12 days to go! It's not as bad as I thought it would be! Yes I get hungry and light-headed once and a while, but it doesn't last long. I'm not just completely miserable, which I thought I would be! I am getting very anxious for surgery! My family has been a HUGE support for me through all of this, and I couldn't do it without them! It's nice to meet you all, and I am happy I found a place to talk to people that know what I'm going through!
