  1. Hello all I am 2 months post op. I would like to know can you tell when your body need protein? Yesterday around 5pm I started getting a head ache and as the day progress it got worse. I took Tylenol and that did not help .Get to work this morning and decided to drink a Protein shake and the headache went away instantly. Have this ever happen to any of you. I try and drink a protein shake everyday yesterday I did not drink one.
  2. Hi all I have a question for everyone who have been sleeved at least 6 months or longer have you tried firming lotions and if so do they work for you and which brand are you using. I was told Nivea Q10 or Aveeno are good.

  14. I'm 23 days post op most of the protein shakes I drunk before surgery I can't drink them now so I'm making my on with protein powder, half a banana and 1 or 2 pieces of watermelon with 1% milk. I blend it all together this is the only way I can drink a shake now. Also I can't drink strawberry shakes they really hurt but vanilla I drink it with no problem.
  15. Hi all I'm going to get very personal with this question. I'm almost 3 weeks post-op. I may urinate three times a day and my first one of the day is dark yellow and when I have a bowel movement its like a small child use the bathroom. My question to everyone is in the beginning were you like this and should I be concern?

  17. Hi Ginagirl sorry to hear that are you taking Biotin. I read here that many women are taking that to help with the thinning.
  18. How are all my July 31 sleevers doing at almost 3 weeks out. How much weight have you lost since surgery. Me I'm down 22 pounds since surgery.
  19. I'm almost 3 weeks out believe me when I say it gets better. Take it one day at a time. I was the same way. Sip sip. You don't. Want to become dehydrated. Try crystal light or sucking on freeze pops.
