Hey Heather, I haven't been sleeved yet ( waiting for insurance approval) , but my surgeon recommends Isopure that is a clear Protein drink in a glass bottle for the first week. I've been trying different types just to prepare myself. Isopure has got 40 grams of protein per bottle. They sell them online, GNC, I bought mine at the The Vitamin Shoppe. They ruun about $3.75 a bottle but tastes sooooo much better than the powder Protein drinks. I was told to freeze it into icecube trays and then add to Water. This way you get your protein and water in. It kinda taste like Gatorade but kinda leaves a chalky after taste. (Only if you drink it straight from the glass bottle). My favorite is Grape Frost.
