Hey I am a few days away from surgery, so I'm writing to you to remind you of where you came from. Maybe make a list of the reasons you went through the hoops and struggles of having the surgery in the first place. It isn't an easy or cheep process. It sounds like it's been a while since you had 'fat people problems' like keeping up with people, fitting on airplane seats, or fitting on the roller coaster rides. Those are stil real for me so maybe you can go back to where you started and remember the reason you did it in the first place. Re-motivate....and the fact that you are still working out every day 1.5 years later shows you are committed!
