  3. Be careful.... this answer will be different for everyone. don't compare. Hard to do I know. I lost 16 first week. I'm in week three and feel like I gained weight even though I'm only doing soft foods. I never ever feel full, always stomach growling. Frustrating.. Wish I could loose my 90 in a few months but....
  4. I was sleeved on May 6th and my stomach hasn't stopped growling.. Haven't felt full yet. grrrrr
  5. was sleeved on the 6th. lost 16 lbs my first week but felt like i was staving my self. This past week i was allowed cottage cheese, yogurt, refried beans and still I never ever feel full or satisfied. It takes a TON of will power

  10. Glad you are on the road to recovery. I'm having surgery on May 6th as a self pay patient so stories like this scare the s*&^ out of me! Hope you heal quick

  12. Sorry to hear this. I can't be of much help because my surgery is coming up on May 6th and I haven't been in your shoes yet. Do you have a watch with a timer on it? If you set it you can schedule reminders to help you drink. Find something yummy; put fruit in your Water or drink Crystal Light instead. I know dehydration can make you feel gross so maybe that's it. You should check with your doc about the throwing up part. Doesn't sound right. Chin up
  13. Hey May sleevers..... wanna share what's on your pre op shopping list. Gauze pads, milk of mag, etc

  15. My surgery date is May 7th and already I'm a bit overwhelmed with the protein intake, I'm a vegetarian and worried I will get bored on the same diet every single day.
  16. I heard sugar free carnation instant breakfast is good. Can buy a variety pack
  17. I am having surgery on May 6th and would like to connect with any other vegetarians and chat about protein options so I don't get bored eating the same thing day after day. Eggs, cottage cheese, tofu, PB..... lets chat
  18. Keep on trucking, looking good. How much weight have you lost and how long did it take?
  19. Right on. I too am having surgery soon. Why did you choose the sleeve over bypass?
