Bcbs of michigan.....i went to mercy fitz.....and with me i wasn't in no pain after surgery..i was woke up sayin my belly is sore.....lol..they keep me for 2 days thats just how they do it becuz i thought it wouldve only been one day....just take it slow when you come home..make sure u have help..and a lot of pillows..,lol

I had to do a week pre op liq diet....now im on the puree stage which is pretty good i find myself not really hungry anymore....but you must drink a lot of water.....

Im doin pretty good....im 2 weeks post op....5/17..my date was moved how bout you??

I was told by the doc u only havr to worry about leaks the first 48 hrs...after that u should be cool.

Im sleeved yall!!! As of this afternoon just a lil sore tho...other than that im cool.....thnx be to God!!!! And thnx to other blogers i was well prepared!!!!

After doing the WHOLE week pre op diet... the day before my surgery the doc. Office call and told me that they have to move the date due to insurence problems...i cried for a day but thank goodness now i will be sleeved on 5/17!!!!!

Thank you so much!!! I will not let all this hard work be in vain!!! But thats where the doctor office missed up at, they gave me a date without all of the approvals...

My date for surgery was tommorrow... they canceled again saying due to my insurence company i thought i was way over the insurence part. Well the docter office calls me the day before saying surgery is cancelled...after i done did the whole week of pre op diet...that's basiclly eating nothing...so im done I quit good luck to everyone else!!!
