  1. i hate their grilled stuff it's slimy..could be just the ones here but I love the crispy chicken and bacon wrap.
  2. I had a sleep study a few years ago. They said I don't have apnea but I was not reaching the dream stage of sleep.
  3. Screw burgers the new mc Donald's premium chicken wraps are good lol also more healthy then the Big Mac.
  4. For some reason I have to have 12 hours of sleep before I am fully rested. Not sure if it has to do with weight or not but wondering if anyone else slept a lot before surgery and came out needing to sleep less? I'm almost completely nocturnal because I only dream in the morning and in the day and at night is when I feel alive and active but I don't want to have to sleep for 12 hours.
  5. well I love vanilla Ice cream but I hardly eat any candy or cake I mainly crave going out food like Asian
  6. I currently hate fish...is the whole taste changing after surgery is it big enough to make someone like fish? I would love to be able to eat sushi...it's so pretty lol I can only eat California rolls drenched in soy from the best sushi places
  7. but I want the food in my mouth in my belly! It's not tricking its teasing ! Lol
  8. I hate jack in the box...not sure if they are just terrible where I live but I only go there for curly fries lol.
  9. I have not started yet. I had to switch doctors so I'm hoping to see my new doctor on the 11th of April if not then on the 25th. I really didn't start thinking about wls again until I was told it was time a physical and made me start thinking about my health. Do let me know if you get approved or not! I should be approved since my BMI is over 40 but my insurance is a pain and I have to do 6 months of dieting and lose weight to shrink the liver in those 6 months..I get that it's for the surgery but you would think if I could lose weight easy I wouldn't be turning to surgery so I'm worried about that.
  10. I too am young (20) and have been obese most of my life. It started for me with a medication at 10 they didn't take me off till 12 and by then I had a huge appetite and horrible habits. I wasn't really overweight till I hit 13 by 15 is when I started to notice I was being made fun of cause I was over weight and started doing sports and stuff, still didn't lose much. At 17 I started to show health problems and at 18 I was put on insulin meds and that is when I started diet and excise only able to maintain my weight. The last little fitness binge I went on I only lost a few pounds then maintained me weight again and that was last year. I have lost all hope and motivation and I'm hoping surgery will give me that boost I need. I started researching when I was 17, went to a seminar with my grandma because she was thinking about it
  11. But you have to have them you can't just be prone to them
  12. Most insurances will require a BMI of over 40 with no co mobilities and a BMI of over 30 with them. Mine requires at least 2 if you are under 40.
  13. I haven't talked to a doctor so idk who you guys are talking about buts not me lol
  14. I'm 20 as well but have not had surgery yet. Currently in the process of getting started
  15. I'm 5,2 as well. Haven't started my journey yet, I'm still waiting to see my doctor to refer me. Sadly united doesn't covere in Eugene Oregon but I have state healthcare given to me and they cover. I'm nervous but I know I meet the requirements. BMI over 40 but on top of that I have type 2 diabetes. I'm just worried about my doctor denying my wish to do wls and the 6 months I have to lose weight to shrink my liver
  16. Do you know what the requirements are to be approved? I have trillium as well
  17. Hi there! I live in Eugene. I have not started on my journey to surgery yet. I just switched doctors and am hoping to ask her to refer me on my next appointment April 25th..super nervous about it! What insurance do you have?
