I have absolutely no appetite what so ever. The last thing I ate was 2 spoons of chicken broth, 1/2 Popsicle and a sip of water @ 7pm last night. I'm still stuffed! They are 170 calories, 25 grams of protein, 2 grams of sugar and 6 total carbs. It keeps you full a long time and comes in chocolate, strawberry and vanilla bean! They come 4 in a pack for about $10!Wow!He works out of Mi Doctor and Florence Oasis. At first they had me at Mi Doctor but I read so many wonderful things about Florence like the great equipment, larger hospital, more English speaking nurses and nicer rooms etc. so I switched.Great ! I will be there from the 22nd - 26th ????My mother is going with me. My surgery is scheduled for August 23 with Dr. Garcia at Florence OasisHis name is Dr. Fernando Garcia Govea. He is with Ready 4 a Change in Tijuana Mexico. His deposit at the time I booked was $500 dollars and the total cost of my surgery was $5200 because my BMI was over 54. If it was under 54 it would have been $4700. He has a pre op diet requirements and it goes by your BMI. I paid the down payment and the rest is due at the time you have surgery payable in a cashiers check or credit card. Hope this helpsWhat day are you going in August?
