  2. I, too, have stalled for 2 weeks! Very frustrating. I know I need to work on getting enough fluids. I started exercising this week, which should help. Thank goodness for this forum, since I was starting to think I would be the first person not to lose weight with the sleeve!
  3. This is so good. I added browned ground turkey crumbled. Could only eat a few bites.

  8. Hi, Sleeved on 3/11. Finally starting to feel myself but can't seem to get enough protein in. The Isopure makes me want to puke. The powder stuff - don't really know what to do with it. Tried to add it to broth, but it clumped up and looked gross. I wish I could drink the protein shakes. At least I'd be getting enough protein. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?
  9. I read you should wait 2 weeks to weigh yourself since you are pumped up with the IV fluids.
