  1. I am also a slow loser. Surgery was 3/11/13 and was 245 now I'm 208. Was hoping to be under 200 by now but its not meant to be. Went to my dr who thinks I'm not trying hard enough! I guess I'm not in her eyes, however my NUT says I'm right on track. I will try better by limiting carbs and doing more protein!
  2. Yes how do you send a pm on here?

  4. So glad its nothing serious. Just praying for you and that you get a quick recovery from your pain!
  5. I was sleeved March 11. I am still the same weight I was one week after surgery. I am really discouraged. Before surgery I lost 10 pounds and after another 7 and since then, nothing!! You would think two weeks later I would have lost something. I am watching my food intake and posting on my fitness pal, I'm doing the water as well. I am really scared! Will the scale ever start moving?

  8. I just had my sleeve done a week ago with Dr Curry. Sounds like you all are pros about this and hopefully will help me! I live NW of Cincinnati in Ross Township. The hardest part about all of this is the mind is wanting but the body isn't. I see commercials on tv and my own family eating and its really hard. Tomorrow is my first one week after appointment with Dr. Curry and I am ready! I have to admit, I have chewed and spit this week just to get through it. Clear liquids is hard, but just being on this webpage has helped me realize why I am doing all this! Thanks for the local support! Sheila
