I have so much going through my head right now. I'd like to share some of them in hope for some feed back... One of things that scares me is sipping Water, I have NO problem drinking water.. But I drink it fast especially after a good work out and then the saggy skin .. I just turned 50 in July and my skin is already sagging . Ive been working out with a trainer since april and its still sagging ... however i do know that working out doesn't tighten the Skin... but it was worth a shot.. Then the happy thoughts .. I can't wait to have this new tool to help me with my weight loss Journey.. I've already lost 30 pd since I started my option classes in April and I feel soooo much better already and really looking forward to taking off 60 + more... Good luck to everyone

Sure, I'd love to share my Experience with you or to answer any questions you may have about options . During your 12 weeks of options they're going to want u to lose 5 % of your body weight and an other 5% before surgery. They are going to have you keep food recorders witch can be time consuming BUT it has helped me a lot seeing what I'm placing in my mouth :-) . You'll get to enter act with others that are going through about the same issues witch helps you feel not so alone... For the most part I've enjoyed the meetings. Also plz don't stress on having to loose the 10% after I lost my 5% the doctor told me I met my weight lose... However I'm still trying to take off as much as I can.

Hi MRSDEE, I'm on week 9 of my option classes with Kaiser in Panorama City.. I'm soo excited and a little scarred at the same time about this new journey of my life... . I'm also only 3 pds from my 10 % weight loss. So it's starting to feel real now. Good luck to you! The option classes will fly by..

Hello, I'm just starting on my road to having my surgery. I start my classes ( option) on Thursday, I'm very excited but also nervous... It seem to be moving very quickly , I've already met with the surgeon , my physical and my EKG are done. I have appt for my mammogram and blood work to be done on the 20th . I hope it continues to run smoothly ... :-)

Wow! You look great !!! I'm so excited! I can't hardly wait to start my new life journey... I've been contemplating this Decision for years now... But after reading and seeing before and after pic like yours, I'm moving forward . I'm starting my 12 weeks classes on 4/11 and have 3 Doc appt already schedule ..
