  1. Sleeved 2/20/13 I'm down 48.2 pounds since surgery day
  2. Surgery Date : 2/20/13 Hospital stay : 4 days due to complications Since my surgery I have had multiple colds, sore throats, a terrible cough (that i can not get rid of), diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. So for the last 6 weeks I have been sick with something. I have tried multiple medications but nothing seems to be working. I called and spoke with my doctors nurse and they were not too concerned with my health (stating that surgery will not make me sick). So if surgery doesn't make me sick then what did because I wasn't sick any this season before my surgery. So my question is, have any of you experienced this? If so what did you do? I'm to the point that I hate going out in public because I know I'll end up sick...
  3. are you getting all your protein and vitamins in?
  4. I sometimes snack on the crackers that we are allowed (forget name). I have a hard time getting protein in (can't really keep the shakes down). But I was sleeved the 20th of feb and I'm down 48.2 pounds. I was stalled last week and didn't loose a pound.
  5. I am also a month out and just recently stopped vomiting with everything that entered me. I have called my doctor multiple times and he doesn't seem to care. He told me that what I am doing doesn't come from the surgery so it has to be something else and I should come in for a cat scan... Ugh NO
  6. How much weight have you lost? Surgery 2/20/13 = down 48.2 pounds
  7. I haven't been able to find any. I wish they did because I can't keep the shakes down. I went to gnc and tried their lean shake and while I was in the store it came back up. So I'm having a horrible time.
  8. Breakfast - toast with sugar free jelly lunch - usually 1 boiled egg or scrambled dinner - 1/4 turkey sandwich I had my surgery feb 20
  9. I was sleeved on the 20th of Feb. after some complications I was released 4 days later. I have now been home trying to get in my 64oz of daily water but come no where close. Also, my stomach can't really hold protein shakes down yet and what I'm eating is little to nothing. I'm living off Popsicles mostly. So my question is what can I do to get this stuff in me? I feel dizzy and light headed if I stand to long and I have horrible stomach pains.
