  3. congrats to you.. was sleeved on May 6, and i can tell you that each day gets a little bit better.. now if you feel up to walking, it does help.. i know it might be a little painful to do so.. all the best to you..if you have any questions, I will be more than happy to help.. btw- protien is very important. if you like the greek yogurt( has 11 gms of protien) that will help you during this process.. good luck to you.. wishing you all the best...

  5. hello... wow.. we were sleeve on the SAME DAY!!.. i havent tried anything pureed yet, but this evening i did try a steamed piece of tilapia and it was extremely to eat and was actually good.. even though it took me 2 hours to eat 4oz fish, I did take my time and chewed very slowly. during this process, the most important thing that I am learning is to "listen to my body".. I didnt understand it at first, but with each day im learning so much more... another filling food is the dannon "okios" greek yogurt.. its very very good... i wish you continued success on this journey.. each day is a learning process for you (and me) but the end results will be WORTH IT... :-) i
