Happy Easter all!!! Im missing my little ones today, but they're going to wake up to some yummy Easter baskets. Im feeling 100 times better today. The first 24 hours were rough, but by last night I felt way better.

I am doing much better this evening. I will share my experience real soon. Thanks for the support and prayers, yall are the best!

Had surgery yesterday. No gas but I've thrown up for 2 days straight. Low on energy, update more later :-)

I made it!!!! The Marriot is very nice, just like they all are. Crossing the border was a uneventful. Just met with one of my coordinators and I will be getting the call with more info about times...chow :-) thanks to those of you that wished me well and prayed for me I genuinely appreciate it

Dr. Andrew Hargroder is who I was going to go with. He works out of St. Elizabeth in Gonzales as well as the we Woman's. His staff is super sweet. He is also one of the first surgeons in the US to use the single incision.

Maybe they've found a hospital that would respect their religious wishes. I sincerely doubt the hospital forces Amish practices on other patients. I have been to several Catholic Hospitals and I am not Catholic. I have faith that my surgeon will consider my life at all times and do what's necessary to keep me safe.

The pre op diet is tough, but doable.
