Hi gals, how is everyone doing?? I'm trying to keep up, haven't lost any more weight :/ , I have heartburn. I thought this was gonna go away after having gallbladder removed...bummer.

I was getting desperate last night, but didn't drink naked juice n had Applejuice instead. Worked like a charm (thank God).

I've read on some threads that oatmeal is allowed during the pureed stage?? Have you tried oatmeal yet?? I'm kinda scared to try it.

Hi Colemon70, I'm doing ok, trying to get as much Protein in. im at pureed stage.I believe u n I got sleeved the same day cool! How r udoing?? Question: can we drink naked juice? At least a lil but, I'm so constipated :/ n this is the only thing that works.
