  1. I had one inserted after I was asleep and came out the next day. The feeling was almost a tickle sensation. No need to worry at all.
  2.    askinnierme reacted to a post in a topic: down 70lbs
  3. I lost from the top down. After the surgery I noticed my face being much smaller before I noticed anywhere else.

  13. I am so embarrassed to admit this but I have not been able to ride in my husband's car because I couldn't fit in the seatbelt. He has a 94 Toyota Celica and it is very sporty and he loves it. Tonight we had to drop my CRV off at the mechanic and I had to ride home in his. Not only could I buckle the seatbelt but I had a ton of extra space in the belt!!!!
  14. The doctor explained the reason for the drain to be because that was the best way to know if there was a problem besides exploratory surgery. I had it for a week. I am hoping going back to work is going to help. I used to be a stay at home mom but now I go stir crazy at home. :-)
  15. I am on a full liquid diet until Tuesday at which point I can start puréed. Most days I have a kids Greek yogurt for Breakfast. A Protein Shake mid day (Adkins already mixed) and for dinner 1/2 cup of cream of Soup with Protein Powder added in.
  16. I am so excited! I had my first post op appt Thursday and they took my drain out which was great as I was so sick of that thing. My excitement is from the fact that I have lost 17lbs. I was sleeved on the 27th and I sometimes wonder what I am doing wrong because I am not having any issues. I can drink almost normally with no pain. It isn't until I eat that I realize that my intake has cut down dramatically. I am just scared that if it is too easy I will slip back into old habits. I keep reminding myself that I lost about 30 lbs pre op by the changes I had already made I will not slip back because I know better. I guess I am scared of old patterns.
