  1. Well maintaining isn't going to good so far. Met with the plastic surgeon two weeks ago and I was told I needed to start maintaining and not to lose any more. That same day I met with my sleeve doctor and was told to start increasing my calories. So I went home and made me a plan to start increasing the intake. But I've lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks with the increase. My nut today said my body will know when it's ready to stop. Just to keep exercising and eating like I'm doing. I sure hope I stop soon, I never wanted to look sickly. Which I don't think I look yet, but in 15 or 20 more lbs I will.
  2. Sleeved 2/26/13 Height 5'7" Sw 251 Cw 138.2 I have surpassed all the goals I have set for myself this past year. Now I'm in maintaining mode.
  3. I started at 251, I'm 5'8". I'm 11 months out and current weight is 143. I would like another 15 lbs but I'm content at my current weight. Haven't lost weight lately but have lost inches. I'm trying to focus more on toning up.

  5. Don't waste your money. It's thick and gross. I could barely get down half of one. I tried getting it ice cold, but that just made it thicker which made it worst. Drink Isopure from gnc. 40 grams of protein and the grape and green apple really aren't that bad. You can dilute them at first to help.

  7. GNC makes a whey protein powder that has stevia in it, not bad tasting. Only comes in vanilla and chocolate but it has 25 g of protein. And Quest bars are made with stevia.

  9. I don't think you will have any problems if the wedding is 6-8 weeks out. I got sleeved on February 26 and I had my first shoot today. It was a good friend so I was okay with scheduling it this soon. I knew if I couldn't finish the shoot it would be no problem to reschedule. I did finish the shoot, however when I was finished it was way past the time for me to rest. 1st off it was a one year old and I had to get down on the ground and up again. Well you know how it is with kids. But I did it and I feel great now that I had a 30 minute rest. Im still on liquids so my strength isn't back like I'm used to. I'm confident if you give yourself 2 months for a wedding you will do fine. Best of luck!
