  1. Thanks!!! That's a good price and I can't see much of a difference in calories and such other than premier having more protein.
  2. Sleevedreamer, they have premier lite body ones at Walmart???? And I just get tired o making the shakes alll the time so when I'm at work I just wanna be able ro have shake sometimes Do u guys have any idea why this wouldn't be on the approved list??? Hmmmmm
  3. Thank u for responding so quick!!! Sounds like a good price
  4. Hi everyone, I hope you are all well..I just wanted to know about how much the cost of the Premier shakes are at Sam's..I don't have a membership yet, and it doesn't say online..I do understand price may very from region to region..but just wanted a round about price...Also, I will call my nutritionist, but for some reason the Premier shake wasn't on the list of the Protein drinks to use...I'm using nectar now and I like it, I add PB2 and skim milk and ice but I just wanted something quick to, like that I could just through in my bag for lunch...So, anyone know why Premier wouldn't be good????? It's ok if not, I will talk to my nutritionist tomorrow. I had Surgery on 1/14/13 Highest (11/28/12)- 262 Pre-op (1/14/13)- 245 Current (3/18/13)- 213 So 32 lbs since 1/14..so excited...anyways..hope someone could help me with some feedback, especially the price Thanks in advance
  5. Hi! I just had surgery too, I'll be 4 weeks out on Monday. It still gets emotionally difficult for me as well. I get frustrated and question whether I made a good decision. Just know that ur not alone in that and it's not a crazy thought. It's good that u came on here and vented it. It's important to be honest about it, even if others don't get it or say its never happened to them. Ur post is about u and ur feelings. Keep takin it one day at a time. Good luck to you
  6. I would ask ur nutritionist, it's really the only way to know for sure.
  7. Being so early on (like me) maybe they just want u to focus on the eating part, getting portions under control etc.... If we start getting 800-1000 cals so early by the time we are 6 months out we could be at 2000 a day and then be in the same boat. I haven't really posted on these boards before but I've been reading them for months an I just think the best thing is to follow ur doctors advice. And if u are unsure or unclear then ask them more ?'s and their logic behind it. Just my opinion
  8. Hi!!! I am just about 4 weeks post op and almost went to the ER like 20 times the first week certain that I had a leak lol. I even bought a thermometer to make sure I didn't have a fever! Just keep following your doctors instructions and ull be fine!! It is scary though
