  1. Hope everything went well for you!
  2. I had surgery 2/5 out of UM hospital. Good luck! Hope everything goes smoothly for you. Try to walk as much as possible!
  3. Honestly for me I had to talk myself out of cheating... before you pick up anything besides the skim milk think to yourself... how far you've come.. the sacrifices you've made, how soon the surgery is... for me I love mozzarella sticks and they have them at my job when I thought about eating one I said to myself "Now why do you need this food item? Its not like you've never had it before and don't know how it tastes? Its not like you can't have a bite of it in the future? Do I REALLY need to have it?" Those thought steered me away from making bad choices.
  4. Hey, I was sleeved 2/5 . Today was the first day I got out of bed without any pain.. I also had a hernia repaired. I do not feel hungry at all and I'm not getting nearly enough Protein or fluids in. But each day its getting better and better. Tomorrow my diet progresses to the puree phase and I go back to work yippie! HW: 298 SW: 293 (1/1/13) PreSurgeryW: 271 (2/4/13) CW: 258 (2/12/13) GW: 160
  5. I was sleeved on February 5th
  6. I had surgery yesterday (2/5/13) and it was discovered that I too had a hernia. My doctor repaired it but as a result I have had pain when taking deep breathes. Besides that I'm alive and kicking.
