DR office call today approval is in it took three weeks to hear from Blue care network.But it is a go. Looks like Sep 9 for surgery. I got more good news pre op diet is only two or three days. Time to get all my work done around home. I started my journey on Jan 3/13. They made you realty want this six mounths to think about this sleeve. probably a good thing for a big step like this. Hi all I'm Doug and I have been on this here since Jan. I have jumped through all hoops and now waiting on insurance approval. Now I have decided to wait till September 9th just because it is summer and I love it. I've droped a little better then 20 lb. I have joined in a little but watched an read about every day. Good question I to want to know. I started at 272 went up 7 lb come down 24 lb went up 10 lb and now down to 257 lb I wonder about my food logs I keep them every day but it not always good. but I am trying maybe with out the logs I would be going up. I am 4 1/2 months in hoping for the end of July for my sleeve. Stress me out .

Hi I been on a med. called AndroGel 1.62 work great for me. Just have to be careful not to get the gel on woman Or kids. This gel go on the uper arm an down on your side. Felt like a teenager agin.I heard without IN. $700;00 a month with In. about $30:00 a month for me.

Hi my bmi was 39.5 or so when I went to the pre po DR they put we on a scale called Body Composition Analyzer an my fat% was 43.2. Don't stop losing call an talk to your DR.

I use a dehydrator also making venison jerky. I have great luck with a mix I buy HI MOUNTAIN SEASONINGS Original Blend they also have spice and hot mixs
