  3. Thanks everyone!! I am ready to be at the point where this all comes natural and is my new normal! I am so glad to have made this decision! Wish I could have made it sooner!
  4. Thanks! I guess I jus want to do everything right! I have read people's post talking about carbs, so just wasn't sure! Thanks
  5. How many carbs do you try to stay under each day. I wasn't given a certain number and just want to make sure I am in the right ballpark with carbs. I am 2 weeks post op on full liquids/ purée.
  6. I am on a full liquid/ purée diet. I can eat 3 oz of yogurt or about 4 oz of a protein shake.. Every 3 hours or so with water throughout the day. Is this too much?
  7. I had the same problem, couldn't pass gas to save my life!! I called my surgeon nurse and asked if I could so an enema, instant relief and have been passing gas ever since.
  8. My surgery is today also at 1245
  9. My surgery is February 18th! I started my preop diet today.. It isn't the greatest but I am ready to feel good in my skin again!????
