Ok fellow March sleevers, I am now on day 7 of being sleeved. I still have some pain on my left 15mm incision, but it is a little more tolerable now. It really does help to walk , walk, walk! I still have a little gas pains here and there but not as bad as they were the first few days. The gas x strips come in sooo handy. It's definitely getting easier to move around and walking is actually kind of fun now that the sun is out. I am still on my clear liquids until Sunday then I will go on full liquids, kind of excited for a little bit more variety to my diet. Lol. For me I find that if my water, liquids are cold with ice they tend to go down better than lukewarm or room temperature liquids, but everyone is different. I have to say the first couple of days weren't too bad maybe because I was on pain medication, lol the next couple of days were pretty much hell! But now it's like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, so good luck to all my fellow March sleevers, we'll be starting the new spring season with a new spring in our step!
