  1. Well Kaiser is one of the biggest health networks in California....and the hospital clinics have a store within the hospital for bariatric patients....they sell their own shakes, Snacks etc.
  2. I choose to stick with the Protein shakes from Kaiser.....they also taste great. There pre-made containing 15gm per serving. It's so encouraging to know we're all fighting the same battle. Best wishes to all my Bariatric Beauties & Studs

  18. I will find out on the 7th. Ok thanks for the information all.
  19. Also I went through 12 weeks of nutrition classes, journaling, food logs the whole 9. So that was an advantage with the 4% wt loss...just now I'm not where I'm expected to be and wondering will the surgeon be like "call me when you lose that 6%"...I guess I will see on the 7th.
  20. I understand why it's to reduce the chances of complications during surgery, specifically to shrink the liver and I'm good with that, but I feel what your saying.
  21. Now I completed the Options program which is a prerequisite for Kaiser Habor City Bariatrics.....also your required to lose 10% of your body wt by time you meet the surgeon...Have I lost 10% not even close maybe 4%....but I'm just curious about what happens...Has anyone had this experience? I'm not worried because it is what it ...but looking for some feedback?
