  1. What are you doing? I had my sleeve on the same day (12/13/12). I've lost 40 lbs the first two weeks and nothing else since then. I'm getting desperate!
  2. Don't be nervous. Your body will tell you what to do. You will have to learn what and how to eat. I've tried foods I used to love and now I can't eat them anymore. Take your time trying foods. I can drink milk easily with no pain but Water hurts. I prefer room temp than cold.
  3. The pain will go away in a about week. Take very small sips and hurts less. You will never eat or drink the same way again. I'm 6 weeks and I still need to remember to take small bites and sips. Everything is swollen that's why it hurts. It'll go away soon.
  4. Your pouch is swollen and certain liquids are more dense than others that's why it hurts when they pass through your stomach. As time passes, your sleeve will open up and you will be able to drink bigger sips. Try to take very small sips and that helps with the pain. I'm taking regular food now and still if I have a big piece, hurts bad. It'll go away with time.
  5. My surgery was on 12/13 and its been hard to drink the 64 oz of water, the vitamins, and the protein. I have to start early with the vitamins and be conscious about drinking water.
  6. I haven't lost any in 3 weeks! I'm starting to worry. I lost 40 the first 3 weeks but haven't lost any in the next 3 weeks!
  7. I had my sleeve on 12/13/12 and I lost 40 lbs the first 3 weeks but since then, I have not lost any in 3 weeks! Anybody is in the same situation?
