  1. I am currently on my 2 week pre op liquid diet and I noticed today i have a small lum on the side of my cheeks close to my mouth. It looks like something is poking out my cheeks. Don't know what it could be. Has anyone had this issue? Could it be from being on this diet?
  2. I have always had this issue what I tried once andbit worked but you have to do it every night and day. I bought raw Shea butter. Vitamin e oil and emu oil. I put the share mutter in the microwave to soften it and mixes the oils in. I then used it the next morning and every night. I couldn't do it during the day bc its very thick and too much for the day time. At night I made sure to layer where I had dark skin. It cleared up after a while and continued using a scrub. I stopped using it and it came back.
  3. I just started today and I'm feeling the same way. It's hard but u have to just think of why u r doing this. It's the best thing for me. Stay strong
  4. Reading that everyone has had almost the same feelings As me makes me feel better. My sister seems to be better than me. She is actually getting the surgery the same day as me. I need this surgery. I have been through all the diets. My bf is there for me 100%. He's actually a personal trainer and he has seen how much of a struggle keeping the weight is for me. He had tried to help but I gain it right back. I'm going to find a way to rule out the negativity and think positive and what this surgery will do for me!

Thy are afraid something is going to happen to me during or after surgery. Since they are not fully supportive right now its giving me second thoughts and becoming afraid of what can happen. Has anyone gone through this? Idk what to do.

  14. Hello everyone. So I met with the surgeon today and after receiving so much info about both I'm confused about what to get? Does the sleeve make you feel the same way the band does as its going down. Does it get stuck? What happens if you get pregnant? Does your stomach expand again and the surgery becomes a waste of time and money? I just want to hear what ppl think about the band and sleeve.
