I took 10 years to decide to have a gastric procedure and I wish I had made up my mind sooner. I spent 10 years over weight and feeling dumpy. I had the VGS on Dec. 4, 2012 and I have enjoyed watching my mind, body and spirit change all for the better since that day.

Fast forward to May 2013.

I have gotten complacent. I am eating the right foods most of the time, and I am usually eating less than 100 calories a day, but I am not losing weight. I need to loose 50 more pounds before the back surgeon will see me again. I am down 60 in one year and 50 - 75 to go. I am losing my gusto! I am down from a size 26 to an 18W which is great, but I seem to have stalled out mentally and physically. Eke.
