Yeah I had a stand still to for a week it was extremely hard to deal with but im back to a lb a day and for one month to lose 40 im stoked!!!!

My surgery was jan 7 tomorrow is one mobth and im down.............40lbs!!!!! Starting 317 and now im 277!!! I feel amazing hitting the gym hard and eating well. How are yal doing?

I am also on the full liquids stage. And isonatural is my o protein I highly recommend it!!! Its a life saver!!!

MY SURGERY WAS THE 7TH I WEIGHED 317 ON THE 5TH TODAY I WEIGHED IM DOWN 24LBS IM 293!!!!!!

Im 5 dsys out doing grreat gonna weigh today I was down 12 day after surgery. I'm thinking about going out tonight for couple of hours. I start back to work on Monday. And I go back to the doctor on Tuesday to get my staples out. Im ready to get my new life started so I'm ready to get up and moving.

Well surgery is tomorrow!!! Im doing my bowel prep now ugh I havent eat anything to clean out from my 2week luquid diet. Im so excited!!

Well my surgery is tomorrow and im excited I havent been nervous at all I probably will be tomorrow. Im doing my bowel pre right now its horrid lol I havent had that much food to clean out sense I been on the liquid diet for two weeks. But im dealing well I been cleaning today trying to get everything ready to leave tomorrow I gotta be there at 9 in the morning so surgery will probably be around 10

Im here with ya mine is the 7th so I be going under 1st im stoked not nervous a bit I probably will be monday as I drive there but im soooooo ready!!!! We can do this!!!!

Well I have my sleeve surgery the 7th they called and said be there at 9 im so excited not worried a bit or nervous. I think my husband is more worried than me about it lol. I am all around healthy no past surgery problems or anything the dr said he loves ppl like me. Im 25yrs old and weigh 310 currently and dr said he wants me at 150 I cant picture myself there. Its going to be a wild ride im sure but im stoked!! The reason im having the surgery is we have been dealing with infertility for 4yrs and we r ready for babies and words of advice would be appreciated for what to expect in hospital and next days after
