  2. It was a great Saturday night. My birthday is Wednesday and my hubs has to work. So i got to see kid rock at the bok

  9. Thank you for posting this. I am 1 month out tomorrow and I have not done anything as far as exercising either. I am easily worn out as it is all I can do just to work all day and get the majority of my water and protein in. I have never been into long term exercising ever.... But I know it will move stuff faster. But in my way of thinking I am doing this for the rest of my life and if I get my 30 minutes a day in then that is great... If not then it is not the end of the world

  12. He is at Ipsco out at the port of Catoosa but some of the guys that have gone out there have been at Baker and there is a couple that we deer hunt with and he works out there
