Hi All, I'm scheduled for surgery with Dr. Cabrera on the ninth and I'm a bit worried because I couldn't find reviews by patients on him. Christy (the coordinator) told me that people felt more comfortable with him than they did with Dr. Kelly. I hope things go smoothly!

Thank you both for replying to my message. Yes, I am worried and excited at the same time! I will let you know how the surgery goes if I'm not that tired and sick. I have never been to Mexico before, so I'm nervous about that too.

Hi All, I'm new to this whole experience and will have surgery on 01/09/2013. Does anyone know what are the best brand of chewable Vitamins and best Protein shakes? I am so worried... my decision was last minute! I'm not extremely obese, but have been overweight most of my life and got sick and tired of dieting and regaining the weight back. My Doctor's name is Dr. Ismael Cabrera (TJ, Mexico), did anyone ever hear of him? He is listed as one of the top doctors in TJ, Mexico for 2012. They also asked me for my thyroid profile before they can approve my surgery! I had to take a blood test and fax them the results.
