  8. Hi I'm pre op for June and scared not of the surgery but more that I'm going to fail and either not lose or gain back what I lose. I know it's a tool to help you lose weight but I'm reading how people do put the weight back on I'm like a yo yo my weight up and down all my life and I really don't want to do that anymore I just hope I succeed. I just thought since there removing about 65% of my stomach it was going to be harder to gain back.

  11. Hi I'm scheduled for June surgery and I'm reading how some have gained some or all weight back I guess I thought with the Sleeve being that your stomach is much smaller it would be hard for the weight gain -- now I'm scared

  14. I have to clarify I just read over the info my surgeon gave me and the time is from when I arrive in the hospital until recovery room. Thanks for all the info
  15. Thanks that's sounds a lot better to me then 5 hrs . How was the pain post-op they said the gas was really bad. I had my Gallbladder removed and had the gas pain it sucked
  16. I haven't had my surgery yet I'm looking at June hopefully. My surgeon said its about a 5 hour surgery from prep time to the end. Wow I'd didn't think it was that long!! Can anyone tell me how long there surgery was ?? Thanks

  18. Well after months of waiting because of Hurricane Sandy I'm finally going back to my surgeon at NYU to schedule my surgery. I'm very excited !!
