  1. tanksmom104 Looking for assistance to get back on track. I don't want to gain the weight back and I need to stay away from the carbs!
  2. I am one year out and am struggling to get my protein in. I'm excited to try some of these ideas and to get connected with myfitnesspal.
  3. Congrats! I've been eating more carbs today, because I sick with a sore throat. They are the one thing that doesn't irritate me when I swallow. Got to get back on track..may need to go get jello!
  4. I too had Dr. Westmoreland and had no problems with the psych eval. I'm approaching my 1 year anniversary on Feb. 13.
  5. I did and met with my nutritionist. Turns out I wasn't getting enough Protein. I was sticking with soft carbs because it was easier and didn't hurt. I started taking juice plus Vitamins and writing down my Proteins and I am better now. Even my hairdresser noticed. Try writing down what you eat to see if you are getting enough protein and make site you have vitamins too.
  6. I just finished day 2 of the 5 day pouch test. This is my first time trying it out. I worked too hard to get to where I was, so I am regrouping. I have discovered that when I get stressed I eat more carbs and chocolate. I am hoping this will help me get back on track.
