January sleevers......what's your weight loss so far?
Does iced tea count as water? I get about 100 oz of that a day usually. But I have noticed that while my body may love carbs...it doesn't like them. So I have had to really try to restrict on my carbs for the most part to see if that helps get me out of this slump.

Ouch!
Mine only lasted about a week. Just had to take it easy and used pain meds at night. And ice.

Heck I still have hard time getting more than 10 min on treadmill. But I feel myself slowly losing.

Ouch!
It's just crazy. All I did was bend over, nothing strenuous!
-
Ouch!
I bent over earlier to pick something up and I'm pretty sure I pulled an abdominal muscle by my incision on the left. HOLY CRAP! Sneezing, getting up or down. ..anything that uses uour stomach muscles...really, really hurts now. Sleeping is gonna suck!

- Getting Sleeved 1-29-13
I had a really rough couple of days last week and as the week went on every day got better. I just had an enormous amount of nausea and gas pain. More nausea. So I haven't eaten a whole lot other than the water, some crystal light, a little bit of protein shake. I'm going to try to bring in the broth today. I'm starving though. I think my weight at the hospital before the surgery was 264 and my weight this morning is 249. I can get up and move around and go for a walk and do all that but I've noticed if I'm on my feet for extended amount of time, I get light headed and start to feel bad. I can only assume it's from not taking enough calories in to really be burning energy. - Getting Sleeved 1-29-13
