  1. I was sleeved on March 19 and have been at a stall for 12 days.. I'm shocked to hear it could last 7 weeks... (
  2. I was afraid to tell my family and I was shocked when I gkt hugs and total support! It made this journey so much easier. I am sorry for those who have friends and family who do not " get it" and do not show support. It just may be scary for them to of you having surgery period. (Which I get) You are doing this for yourself and if you have comorbs this is totally the healthy choice! Keep your chin up and just do it it is soooo worth it! I was sleeved at gbmc in MD on 3/19/13. I have hit the dreaded 3rd week stall and I haven't moved an oz in 12 days. I am 20.5 lbs down between pre and post op so far... it seems slow but its faster then anything I've ever done on my own. Again...IT IS SOOOOOO WORTH IT!
  3. Hey everyone.... how are you doing?

  5. Sleeved March 19 SW 236 pre op diet Operation day was 228 CW 218.5 Total WL = 17.5 lbs Today I went back to work and my pants fit.... not the standard hold your breath and hope for no splits. I mean they actually fit lol. I can't wait to drop a size but since I've been on the dreaded 3 week stall I haven't lost since Wed. I might be a slow loser too. But ill take it. 8. Sherrie/skinnyminded. I came on here just now looking to see if it was normal to be feeling hungry at just under 3 weeks... I can't stand to eat my shake in the morning and I feel full easy .. but it doesnt last. I was sleeved march 19 and post/pre I am 18 lbs down.. I am so worried feeling hungry like this is not normal. For those who were sleeved in early march... how was it at weeks 3 and 4 for you?

  10. I'm having a hard time with this as well. I just don't want anything. I have a playtex sippy that looks like a small travel coffee cup. The only way I can sort of tolerate it is to just holding it to my mouth and taking a few drops at a time.... what a chore. Who would have thought this would be the hard part.
