I am a Type 2 insulin dependent Diabetic. I have been on insulin for the past 2 years & been Diabetic for over 10 years. I am tired of it & tired of all these meds I am on. I am only 53 & I am tired of being tired. I have tried off & on to lose weight to no avail. I have been gaining weight slowly since I was in the 5th grade & never turned back. I love food. I really never had any proper guidelines for eating healthy in my family or exercising. I tell you I am a lazy person…It runs in my family…lol. But now I want to change. I want to reinvent myself so to speak & get rid of these damn meds. I want to have energy & have a life again.
