I have not been eating at all. All this is based on fluids, soups, milk, water, tea, even ice cream... nothing. I seem much better today with the fact that I believe it is gas related. I have so much gas that I can not keep something down. So, I have started my gas-x strips again and hope it works.

I went last Thursday for a fill and went from 4.5 to a 6 as I have not lost anything for the last 2 months. I have not eaten anything or even been able to keep down water. Well, I suppose it would stay down if I did not feel I had to be sick to feel better. I have a constant like pain in the centre of my chest and I am just wondering if anyone can help me out. They did say to start slow and I have not had solid food at all. But, like if I have only had 2 tablespoons of a broth soup and feel this feeling shoudl it go away in a few days..

Also it is 3% of your income or max 1926!!!!!. If the 3% is less than 1926 you take that amount but anything over 1926 that is the amount you have to be over... So, you can make 80000 this year and you can claim anything over the max of 1926

Just a quick note... if you have claimed more than 10000 that is the max in any one year. So, with that said you most definately can carry over your health care benefits. Thanks

I went with Dr. Ronald Denis out of the Sacre-Couer Hospital in Montreal for 12000.

Depending on where you live I have 2 unopened bottles of the Adults Tylonel that I did not use.

I had my second fill on the 20th of December.. boy likely a mistake.. but I have dropped from a 5X to a 3X and a 30/32 to a 24/26 I was like so happy to spend all my money on clothes and it is great... By all means come by in January. I to enjoyed the meeting we had it was a great get away for me and I can not wait till our next one. Also, if my mother bugged anyone I am sorry.. I know she can be way to straight forward... the last thing I needed was to offend anyone....

I could barely handle 3 a day and that was when i took it let alone 4 a day.. I must have 3 boxes or so left.. BAD ME!!!! But, all i have is vanilla and I had to plug my nose and chug the stuff before i tasted it so bad. I will call the clinic on Tuesday to see if I can exchange them. I have some breakfast anytime for after the surgery when I can start taking some. As, there was NO WAY in hell I was taking vanilla optifast if i wanted to not be sick.

I had my consultation in middle of June and the date was set for August. I had to put it off a couple more weeks due to people already having holidays booked at work. I am so considerate lol. I just wanted to make sure I left my position and my workload in good hands so training was a must and all that jazz.. So, around 2 months... Not that long compared there was not a few for consultation. If you go well for me being a quebec resident.. Not sure about others, I think it is all included into the 12000 though.

I had a really hard time digesting the vanilla Optifast. The chocolate was much more of my liking. As I am not a coffee or tea drinker I could not really make it part of my morning or afternoon drink. I would love to know if anyone has any Chocolate that I can exchange for Vanilla. Thanks Vikki

Dr. Christou is one but no.. Mine was Dr. Denis at the Sacre Couer Hospital and it was only 12000 dollars and all the after care is in Montreal. He is an amazing Doctor really cares about you. Just like the ones in Toronto. I stayed over night in the hospital too so that helped alot with how I was feeling and not being without a Dr nearby. I am just starting to figure out that my gas pain is due to lack of Fluid and if i do not drink (from being to scared to throw up) I feel even worse and have excess gas.. took a few days to figure it out.. but day 5 is tomorrow so i can start cream Soups, fat free sorbert, popsicles, and milk etc.. So, I went out and bought all the stuff I needed for tomorrow Whoohoo... Next step.

Well, all I was just kicked off of the SWLC website which was my lifeline. I was banded on the 29th of August in Montreal and as soon as they found out I was not one of there patients I got a nasty Post. Well, I amhere now and i would love to be in the Ottawa group... I actually live in Hull sector but hey... Can't wait to talk to you alll Vikki
