Yepi had my last appt was this past Thurs. my pre-op bloodwork is being done 2/14. pre-op diet starts the same day. 2 protein shakes, water, and a small meal per day. IM SUPER EXCITED!I LIVE IN THE BRONX. SURGERY DATE 2/20I thought I was gonna have to do a two week pre-op liquid diet but my doc is only making me do ONE WEEK!!! Im scheduled for my pre-op appt on 2/14. Today they gave me my prescriptions to fill for post-op. I didnt know anything about Blood Thinner shots twice a day post-op :-( but I guess I gotta put my big girl panties on and JUST DO IT! I AM SOOOOOOOO READY!!!!i want it but cant find it anywhere :-(squats!!!!sounds good....maybe i will try it this wkndYOU ROCK!!!!ME BEFORE SURGERYBEST OF LUCK TO YOU!!!!!Amen!wow! you're lookin good!!!i just started drinking Premier shakes this week. you're right they do have an aftertaste....i find it easier to drink when they are really cold
