  1. October 24, I had the band removed and the sleeve done. The surgery went very well. The only problem I had was the pain from the removal of the band. I had so much scar tissue around the band. It was the most painful thing I ever experienced!! But after a couple doses of pain meds, I was fine! I was up walking around later that night! I would definitely do it again! I'm down 49 lbs. Good luck to you!! Best decision I made to have the band removed!!
  2. Six star elite is very good!! 30gm protein per scoop. I've tried a few and its by far the best one I've had. Gold standard 100% whey at GNC is pretty good also. Not as much protein as the six star elite.

  4. Benefiber works well!! Can be add to protein shakes or water. There is no taste, just adds extra fiber. I usually add it to my morning coffee.
  5. Thanks kimirg! Wish you the best tomorrow!!
  6. I had revision surgery on October 24. Looking for a support group. I live in Clinton Twp.
  7. I had revision surgery done October 24. I'm fortunate to have had it done in one shot!! But it was the worst pain of my life, lots of scar tissue around the band. However if I had to do it again, I most definitely would!! Best decision I ever made!! 42 lbs. gone so far!!
