  2. I went to beauty school in 2004. I learned you normaly lose 100 hairs a day anyways. Try a shampoo with keratin in it. It will start your hair growing back faster. I think there are pills that are keratin also. Sally's or other beauty stores carry stuff like these. Good luck
  3. I quit exactly 10 days before surgery. I had blood work and it was negative for nicotine. I smoked for 27 years. It takes 3 days to get nicotine out of your system. The real craving is really just for the 3 days. You can do it I did. You just have to really want it. Oh yeah I smoked Marlboro 100s full flavor.
  4. I had vertigo 9/13/11. Vertigo has ti do with a tiny bone that has become like out of alignment in a sack of fluid in you ear drum. There are excersizes that can be done to put it back in place. Vertigo will come and go until that little bone is back where it is subpose to be. It can last for months at a time.
  5. Slimforme, Sorry for all the loss your going through. Take your time in the healing process as in your heart and your new little tummy. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

  7. I have not read that one. Maybe she or someone will reply to this post. I would really like to hear the stories from the people who did get a leak from cheating with food, sodas or anything else that one is not to do.
  8. Don't get me wrong. I have not cheated on my diet not even once. I was just wondering if there were any sleevers out there who did cheat and have complications or a leak from cheating. I have read the other stories about leaks and complcations because of doctor or medical error. Just would like to see what the the people who cheated would want to say.
