  1. It's been a long journey now the time is finally here. This is truly a Life Event!
  2. Jessica I understand about that stuff we have some catty stuff goin on here too! I think the most important thing is How you are dealing with the upcoming surgery. Your worries, your excitement etc. For me I'm a little nervous about such a big change in my life. Me personally I have been spending a lot of time with Lord recently through prayer and reading scripture which has been the best for me. If I can be of any support or help just let me know.

  4. Yeah it's basically like 2 lean cuisine meals a day 60 grams of protein and 64 oz of fluid per day.
  5. My surgeon has me on a 1000 Calorie diet, Protein 60 grams/day Fluid 64 oz/day Basically it's like 2 lean cuisine meals per day protein drinks and vitamins and lots of water. It's very tolerable to a full liquid diet
  6. Everybody in My office knows about my upcoming surgery Everybody is supportive of me doing it. It feels great to have 20 people cheering you on and celebrating your success with you. But I do understand everybody's workplace is different I guess I'm just blessed to have such great coworkers. Having my surgery Dec. 19
  7. I'm reading these posts and I am surprised because my surgery is on Dec 19 and I was given my preop diet and its not completely liquid. It's a 1000 calorie diet.
