Feel like I can eat too much...
sounds like a lot but it really needs to be measured to tell. It looks like you are dong well with your weight loss. If you were not able to eat this much you might loose too much weight. Maybe the surgeon left you a larger size stomach. I am about 8 months out and I can eat about 3/4 of a lean cuisine. but not all of the mashed potatoes.

I don't want to jinx myself but I think I broke my stall. SHHH! don't talk about it HW 257 SW 243 CW 182- Fever 2 weeks post op
Take him in. It is nothing to mess around with. Trust your instinct. If it was to take him, do it. Good luck- Second thoughts?
I almost walked out of the surgery prep ward. I was convinced I wasn't going to wake up. I freaked out. Then I thought about my kids and the fact that if I didn't do something I was going to put myself out of the picture early for sure. I had to think that this is a life saving surgery. May not be immediate but it adds years to your life. YEARS. I had to make a drastic move to save my life and to make the life I have the best it can be. I have lost 73 lbs since December. I have 41 to go. I know now that I will be around a lot longer than I would have been without the surgery. Yup second thoughts, scared out of my mind, and freaked out but it was the best decision I have ever made and I would do it again. and again.- All of my December sleevers...
I cut about 6 inches off. I'm ok with it for now and if I weren't I would be out of luck because it doesn't grow fast anymore! Oh I wish my hair would stop falling out \- All of my December sleevers...
And a cute hair cut!- runners?
I just started getting to the gym four to five days a week for the past month. I have now worked up to walking (3.5-5.2 mph) a 5k a day. It is 3.1 miles and I do it on a steep incline so that I can burn more calories. I never thought I could get ready for a 5 k so fast but it is very doable. Good Luck- anyone have"dips" in their stomach?
I have one about the size of a dime and I had surgery in December. Has not gone away yet.- All of my December sleevers...
I've been stuck for months! I am still down only 73 lbs. I have started going to the gym 4 days a week and I hope it will help me start up again. I can eat more now but I try not to. It is no where near what I used to be able to eat and I don't ever go over 1200 cal. a day and no one gets fat on that. I have to just keep going!- No artifical sweeteners or processed products
I wanna live where you are! I want milk straight from the farmer. How do you keep up with this? Is it due to allergies? My little one is a vegetarian and it is very difficult for me to cook three different dinners daily but I eat 4 oz my daughter doesn't eat meat and my son is 16 and eat everything all the time. It sounds like you are able to juggle many different needs or preferences. What do you use to sweeten anything, besides cane sugar? I have tried agave and stevia but they don't taste very good. Sorry your post caught my interest so I have a ton of questions.- I feel weak ;( dry mouth, throwing up.
The site shows that she logged in at 3:30 this morning. I hope that means she is ok and if so should post so that the people trying to help who are now worried about her can stop being so worried.- I feel weak ;( dry mouth, throwing up.
you need to go to the hospital dark urine is not a good sign you need fluids don't mess around- Need Help with a sample diet
If you can get through one more week of liquids you will feel better when you do start to eat softs. I had to wait three weeks too and it was hard. At the fourth week I started with cream of wheat with cinnamon and sweetener, very soft scrambled eggs, very well chewed crackers (about 1/2 of one) and kept the other foods too. Since the sleeve is tiny you will feel full very fast so be careful. One extra bite and OMG the pain. Other soft foods were blended chili , no too spicy, blended soups (cream ones too) and apple sauce (that didn't go well for me) if you like I can send you the list that my NUT gave me or you can look it up on line..google gastric sleeve post diet. I found a bunch of resources. Good Luck and hang in there it gets better very quickly.- All of my December sleevers...
Tomorrow is my 6 month date. I am still stalled but it is ok, I know I will get there. Only 41 lbs to go. I have a goal to have lost 120 lbs by my one year mark. I will make it and as of today I am officially a size 12 from a size 22. Bad news is that my FEET shrunk! Nobody said this was going to happen. I loved my shoes and now they don't fit. I know I can buy others but you know how it is - All of my December sleevers...
