I won't do it again. Not worth the worry. I should have stayed away from the lemon and chili powder.

I'm 5 days post up and just had a lemon. Put chili powder on it, drank the juice, and ate some of the pulp. I'm Mexican and we love lemons. Now I'm scared I'm hurting my stomach. I'm still freaked about a possible leak. Did anyone else have a lemon so soon after?

Sleeved on the 20th also and my left shoulder has been hurting since. My doctor told me beforehand this could happen due to the gas.

I was sleeved on the 20th also. I feel hungry and im on liquids for another week. The protein drinks I have are so thick, they're hard to drink. I might try juice and add protein powder, not sure how that'll taste. But I need to buy more broths. I've been living off my shakes and Popsicles.

Is/Was anyone else hungry? All of the food commercials look so good. I'm still on liquids and I've had some of my protein drink and two Popsicles today.

How are you feeling? I'm still very sore. It's hard to get out of bed or out of a chair. My shoulder hurts a lot. I guess that's from the gas. My dr wants me to drink at least 4 ounces every hour. Seems impossible. Since Wed, I've been living off Cranberry juice but I really need to start my vitamins and protein drinks today. Can't wait to get this drain out on Monday.

I had my surgery this morning. I'm in so much pain. Very weak and feel like I was hit by Mack truck over and over. When will I feel better?

I'm getting sleeved tomorrow and I'm a nervous wreck. I keep crying. I don't want to see my extended family beforehand cause I'll break down. But there's no way I'm backing out. I just want to get it over with. Good luck next week!

Was anyone denied surgery because you cheated on your liquid diet? I'm having surgery on Wed and I didn't do so well today.

I'm excited for my surgery on Wednesday. Wish it were here already. But today I started my liquid diet and I'm so hungry :-(

I'm excited for my surgery, it's been months of tests and doctor visits. But I am scared. Scared something is gonna go wrong with the actual surgery, and scared this isn't gonna work for me. Did anyone else feel the same?

Did anyone experience issues with leaks? My surgery is on Wed and that's probably what I'm worried about the most.

My surgery is set for next Wed, 2/20. I'm very excited but nervous. I think I'm most nervous about a possible leak. But anywho, I can only have liquids two days prior to surgery. What are some of the liquids you had?

I'm afraid too. I just told my husband today "what if this doesn't work for me". After several tests and dr appointments, my surgery is 2/20. I'm sure these are normal feelings we're going through. I couldn't wait for my surgery date and was so excited, but now I'm nervous.

Before surgery, I need ultrasound, upper GI test, meet with nutritionist, physcologist, stress test, and bone marrow test. This is all scheduled for tomorrow. We're you also required to have all of the above done?

I'll be sleeved in January. I know losing my hair might possibly happen. Does this include body hair as well?
