  6. Hey November sleevers, just doing my heck in. 11/27 here and doing well. I have been very lucky so far and have had no "non self inflicted" misery. I did have a bout with gas and reflux for a few days just after my 4th week. Called my doc and he perscribed the usual tummy stuff. I hate meds, so i decided to see if my body would adjust. Much to my relief, it appears to have adjusted. Has anyone else had this experience? Is my relief short lived? I hope not,, i hate meds.
  7. I am in corpus christi, but travel to houston often.
  8. I have United Health Care. They approved me right away. Message me if you would like to discuss more details.
  9. We should have a meet and greet.

  12. Get my golf handicap back down to "0", and i am, or should i say my wife is, already enjoying the reappearance of much of my happy tool. Lololol
  13. I think there are two things to remember about stalls. 1- they are normal & 2- they are temporary. If i understand the biology right, if you follow the plan, the weight has to come off, there are no other possibilities short of some other medical issue. So don't let stalls bother you.
  14. According to what i red here nd my own experience, stalls are pretty normal. I am 4 weeks out and eating justnabout anything i want. I try to focus on chewing well and eating slow. Make sure you are drinking alllll of your water.
  15. I think i am finally drinking enough water to stay well hydrated. It took some effort to get here. I was motivated by all of the comments i see here corelating good wieght loss with water intake.
  16. Nov, 27 here. I hope all is going well for you. I have been pretty lucky so far i think. Who was your doc? I used McDanial. Don't hesitate to message me if you want to talk.
  17. Very very nice,,,and i appologize for my impure thoughts. Lolol. Looking awesome,,keep up the great work.
  18. 11/27 here,,, down 30, mostly in 1st two weeks. Maybe 4 lbs in week 3. I think it normal. Stay the course,, it will all be fine.
