  3. 12/26 about 50 since surgery and 70's overall. 1 1/2 pounds until I'm under 200 haven't seen that in about 15 years. I love my sleeve!! Good luck everyone!!!

  5. I mean 6 in total in a meal, but yes yogurt and soups are so much easier to eat
  6. Thank you, so once I can eat more I should not go passes 6 ounces
  7. Yes I just started eating REAL food and the papers I got from my doc says I should be eating about 6 but that is not happening at most I can eat 3-4
  8. How many ounces should u ate in ur regular diet as after surgery? Some things say 4 some say 6 and how should u divide the meal like with meat, veg and starch

  10. When I first woke up I thought OMG what Did I do this **** hurts more than giving birth. It was so bad I would cry but I am 9 days out and I'm much better not 100% but so much better. Everyday I feel like OK I'm getting there, the shakes are hard to drink for me but had zero vomiting or stomach issues. U should get a buddy or let me know if u u need to vent. I'm only 5 days ahead of u but 5 days made such a difference

  12. Everyday I better first I woke up that **** this hurts WTF Did I do to myself. Still have pain on my right side but nothing compared to the first day just have trouble drinking the protein. Have not thrown up yet and my goal is to keep it that way. just take it One day at a time everyday I wake up thinking OK it hurts less than yesterday and I can walk a little more straight today so things do get better
  13. I hate when people don't support or give u the wrong advice. Telling it's OK to to just have a piece of chicken or that ur daughter had the bypass and she used to put chips in her mouth suck the flavor out and spit it out. I say I'm not even hungry I don't crave that stuff, than u are going to be anorexic. WTF Im just doing what the doctor says. Offering me for is not helping me!!

  16. Thanks, when I cough I honestly felt like I broke my stomach. I Did try hugging the pillow but I don't think it was hard enough. I have mucus and I'm so afraid
  17. I'm going to leave the hospital today, last night I cough for the first and it hurt so f**king never in my life have I f we leave pain like that. Any advice on how to get the mucus out without like I broke my stomach
  18. Had surgery 12/26 still in hospital only up to 1 ounces a get and having so much pain on my right abdomen and OMG the gas hurts is there a light at the end of This dark tunnel any advice. Also really short of breath vital are good no pain they do not think it's because of dvt just gas or swelling
