    My new best friend is Ostrim Jerkey. It is a combination of Ostrich and Beef Jerkey. It has 1.5 fat grams, 3 carbs and 14 protein. I take small bites and chew very well. It is a great snack in the afternoon and can go anywhere! You can purchase them online but I buy mine at GNC.

    Tomorrow is the big day!!! I am 24 hours away from surgery and feeling both nervous and excited. I hope everyone else with surgery scheduled for December 28 has a blessed day (and a calm day).
