  1. Well went to my second post op dr. Visit and I'm 24 pounds down in 6 1/2 weeks. I am happy with that I suppose. I tell ya, I sure do feel better after my cycle started, it's like my body is back to normal and I feel like I have super powers from all the energy that I've had lately.
  2. Ok.. I'm feeling more back to normal.. Got my cycle today. 6 weeks post op.. Cramps are pretty bad though. Now it's time for the weight to really fall off. Stay encouraged ladies!
  3. Nicole.. I'm hoping I start soon.. I'm over a week late. I'm cramping like crazy though. I woke up very frustrated this this morning because the weight seems to not be coming off. I'm a month out from surgery. And still haven't list 20 pounds yet. Not sure what's going on with all that.
  4. Be careful ladies about sex.. With major weight loss comes very high chances of pregnancy. Surgery causes u to be very fertile!! Research it.. It's true!!
  5. I've been cramping and lower back ache.. I'm sure it will be fine
  6. I also bought some banana Bariatric protein powder.. I mix the premier chocolate shake with that and peanut better.. It's an awesome peanut butter, chocolate banana shake.. I Also throw my iron Vitamin in with the blender.. Can't even taste it.... Get created with the blender. . Peanut butter is a life saver.. U can get like 60 grams in one 16 oz drink. I don't like to drink protein all day so I try to get most grams for less ounces as possible . Good luck.. Hope this helps
  7. The bars should be fine.. Chew as much as possible.. But I'm nearly a month out and I'm eating pretty much normal.. Just very small amounts of course
  8. Premier protein shakes, 30 grams per 11oz. Premier protein bars, 30 per bar, strawberry, peanut butter, chocolate... Very yummy.. U can buy at SAMs .
  9. I wonder since the surgery caused me to start early that its thrown me off. Dec. 5th I'll be a exactly 30 days post op.

  13. Happened to me as well.. I'm a few days from being a month post op, hope to start again soon. I think the surgery has messed up my cycle
