  1. 3 days here also. Gas has starred to go (walked a lot). Also little sleep. Taking pills is anxiety for me. I feel it go down and sit there then some strange pain and I think pill drops in??? Keep thinking I am a mess. Trying to finish first protein beverage today. Hubby went and got me sippie cup to help slow down how much went down. Seems to help. Most of it is anxiety

  3. Only pain outside stomach having pain when liquids hit. Walking like crazy. Taking gas x strips. Any ideas from you pros out there? Just sleeved yesterday. ....z
  4. I having surgery tomorrow. Finalized all shopping to make sure I needed nothing! House is clean and I am ready ! Very excited. Only worried about nausea and vomiting. Seems scary. Hope I will not need to find out. Good luck to all of us! Weeks from now it will seem like a dream.
  5. I have surgery tomorrow. I cannot say it slowed it. But if your body is balanced it should support your weight loss. Do not worry. Once you feel better.....I bet you get out of stall. Looks like most people on here have had it between week 3-6. Your body just needs to adjust as you go. You will be FINE!!
  6. Hi Lacey....my doctor checked mine (family doc) before going under knife. I have a patch to wear after surgery as mine is low already. Your symptoms sound about right! Call your primary care Good luck!

  8. Hi everyone! My surgery is Monday also!!! I am nervous and excited. Nervous about what I do not know. Excited about my life in the future. I tired of being tired . Now my efforts will he rewarded. I am thankful for all the people on this forum. The insight and commentary has been helpful over the last few months journey.

  17. Hi Letty. I hope you are well. I am not sleeved yet, but did the same mind games as always. One day I decided I needed help. This is a tool not a fix. We can fail at this also. I did the same weights cardio diet blah for last year. That 10 to loose turned to another 22. To what is best for you. We will support you either way!
