Janice I though I was the only one feeling like this! I feel exactly what you are feeling. My surgery is Tuesday! I am nervous myself. I trust my doctor and I hope everything comes out good. I have had previous surgeries and never felt like this. Maybe I feel nervous because I did not have a kid before and now I do and I don't want to die. Ughhh!

I am having surgery on the 29th and I'm excited but also scared! I would like to know if this feeling is normal!

Omg! I was so excited! Didn't know what to say! I want it to be the 29th already! I have to go to work tomorrow and tell my manager! She won't be very happy I have to take off a few weeks!

Exactly! It's to each it's own! If my insurance asked me for a 6 month them j would have no choice then to do it but they don't which makes me happier and knowing if I do get approved I will be getting operated by the end of January!

Congrats on your approval! How is the upper gi? What is exactly done? I have never had one of those.

Well you have a point. Hopefully I get adjusted! I just want the surgery done already! I want to see myself losing weight already.

I personally would not want to wait 6 months! The faster the better. I do not want to feel anxious to go to surgery and wait for 6 months. In 6 months I expect to be at least 50lbs less

I have PPO and I went to the seminar and straight to the surgeon.

I have to take a class with the nutritionist on Wednesday then a one on one

Ok so I'm back home from my first appointment! Im super excited! My doctor told me I need to see a nutritionist psychologist my pcp for a letter and a upper gi! After this they will submit and I can get operated by the end of January! Consultation 12-12-12 Nutritionist 12-19-12 Psychologist 12-19-12 Upper GI - 12-24-12 And next week sometime for my pcp for the letter
