  1. Today marks 7 months from my operation. This is the best thing that could have happened to me for weight loss. I started with 257lbs back in January 29th. Today I am officially 172lbs. I am extremely happy! I would recommend this surgery to anyone. Before After (today)

  3. I was sleeved on January 29. I weighed 257lbs the day of my surgery. July 29 will make 6 months and today I weighed myself at 180lbs. 77lbs down! I feel awesome. Before pic Now Love my sleeve!

  6. I posted last June 15 and I was stuck on 65lbs down and today I finally hit 70 lbs. 30 lbs more too my goal!
  7. Jamie thank you I'm going to try that for 2 days. I feel like I'm not going to loose anymore. I'm the same size but people tell me I'm loosing inches because I look skinner. I hope I start losing again soon
  8. I was sleeved 1/29 and have lost exactly 65 lbs. I've been on a stall for like a month. I feel like I'm not going to loose more weight and I'm only 5 months out. How long can stalls last? I'm exercising 4 times a week. This is very frustrating!
  9. So I went to take mucinex right now and I have never got nausea with my sleeve. I took the pill and got extremely nauseas. I threw up the pill in a matter of 3 minutes. My stomach started to hurt so much! Never taking this again!
  10. Today is my 3 months anniversary. I am down as of this morning 52 lbs. I am so happy with my sleeve!

  13. I am a month out and I have lost 30 lbs but I've been stuck on this weight for like 2 weeks. When I weight myself i either a pound more or a pound less. This is very frustrating. Am I going to lose more weight? Is this a stall? I don't know! Please help!

  15. Hi everyone. I was operated january 29. I started at 257 and right now I'm on 227. 30 lbs in 23 days! Hope this continues like this all other months.
  16. I have lost 28 lbs since surgery date. I am not working out yet but I will start next week. I'm on mushy food now and I have been fine. I have not vomited or been nauseas. The only thing is that I have not gone to the bathroom in like 4 days! That is the only annoying thing!
  17. How much weight have you lost since surgery?
  18. Today so far I've had water Jello and almond milk. At like 2 pm ill do my Protein shake then ill go back to water again
