  1. Sure is. I'll send her a list of all my other problems and see if she can solve them too. Firstly Susan, I could do with more money.......
  2. OMG Dean. You are a stirrer!
  3. Actually I think it was rather funny when I think about it now. Still love what the VSG has done for me though.
  4. I'm 5'9" and was sleeved on November 14 weighing 235 pounds. This morning I weighed 175. A weight loss of 60 pounds in just over 3 months and I could not be happier. Just after Xmas my partner bought tickets to take me to see Jersey Boys and tonight was the night. This morning he said 8 fatal words, "would you like to go out for dinner". Well, that sounded lovely and as the theatre is near China Town I thought it was perfect because we could share and I could just eat my regular portions. I had my new slim leg black pants, a red lace top and I went out today and bought red shoes and red clutch to match. I have to admit I looked damned good when I was ready to go out, even for a 55 year old Grandmother. Drove into the city, not much traffic, perfect parking spot, lovely balmy evening, it doesn't get better. My partner decided he wanted to try a Japanese restaurant. Went in and we ordered plates which had samples of about 8 things on the menu and started with miso Soup. That's fine, he would eat what I don't. food arrived, it was fantastic! Then he said 3 fatal words "we're running late. Quickly ate and off to the theatre. He disappeared and came back with a Cosmopolitan for me and we took out seat, second row centre. Then it happened! The orchestra started and I started sliming. One minute later I knew I was going to throw up. I got up and squeezed my way out standing on the toes of about 15 people along they way. An usher approached, "Are you alright Madam". I shook my head, he raised his hand and a relay of ushers went into action. As I made it into the foyer, I could not hold back any longer. I dropped my Cosmopolitan onto the marble floor, looked around in horror for a bin to throw up in and with none in sight I did what I had to do. I opened up my brand new $80 red clutch bag and vomitted into it. I groaned as I looked in and saw my I-phone now floating in my bag. I was then hustled into the ladies and I spent about 10 min.s in there recouping, trying to save my phone's life and looking for a window to climb out so I didn't have to face those ushers. Damn, no window, there's always one in the movies. Out I went and was promptly given a huge glass of Water, a wet cloth and escorted back into the theatre where they sat me on a seat behind the back row, next to the exit in the spot where they usually park the wheelchairs whilst my partner sat centre 2nd row on his own and I glared at the back of his head in the distance. So, theatre tickets $240, dinner $130, my outfit $390. Would anyone like to take me out for a fun night?
  5. My kids used to love me reading them The Magic Faraway Tree because the main characters were d**k and Fanny.
  6. Don't do it! I tried to go for a long walk when I was about 2 weeks out. I managed to go about 1k and then spent 45 mins sitting on the ground vomitting. Thank goodnes I was with my partner because the dizziness was bad too. He had to go and get the car to drive me home. My surgeon was extremely unimpressed I had attempted this so soon.
  7. There are just so many Dicks over there. How would all the Dicks feel if they knew their name was blank worthy?
  8. I just had plastic surgery and had to stop all vitamins, green tea, aspirin, blood thinners 2 weeks before surgery.
  9. Redhead, don't let people intimidate you. I thought it was a great story!
  10. I cannot believe you blanked out "d**k". It's a name!!
  11. Keep it moving? You will be moving for quite some time I think. I didn't have any bowel prep at all pre-surgery.
  12. LOL. Sorry Laura, you were extremely inspirational and I'm sure you will be again. About the baby for Martin.......the dingoes are pretty hungry over here but I'll see what I can do.
  13. Wow, that is a lot of calories and a lot of protein! I would check on that, my pre-op. was 3 protein shakes per day.
  14. I know. I see it on the TV and if it's on the TV it must be true.
  15. What do you mean? We are just like Crocodile Dundee. In fact, when I finish feeding my baby to the dingoes I'm heading out to wrestle crocodiles.
  16. That's fantastic. You look really good and it is great that you are happy with the result.
  17. Wow, you guys make some great movies over there, and so realistic too. Kinda like ET meets Bruce Lee. I get it!
  18. OMG. Where's my list? Facelift. Breast implants. Cross off tummy tuck!
